If you have backed up your notes to the internal storage, your backup file would have been deleted. Therefore, you cannot restore your notes.
On the other hand, if your notes have been backed up to the SD card, there is a possibility that you can restore your notes. To restore your notes on the SD card, please follow the steps below.
- Open ColorNote and go to the device backup screen.
[Menu (⋮button) -> Backup -> Choose ‘Device’ in the upper bar] or [Settings ->Backup]
- Tap the file you want to restore in the backup file list.
- Choose ‘Restore’ and enter the master password that you set when the backup file was created. If your notes have been automatically backed up, you might not be required to type the master password.
