One of the reasons is due to Cleaner apps that clean up junk files and cache files to improve phone performance. These apps terminate ColorNote’s reminders. If you’re not receiving notifications for ColorNote app, try the steps below.
- Go to your device settings
- Tap on ‘Accessibility’ or ‘Notifications’
- Turn on ColorNote app
If you have already turned on ColorNote app in Settings, verify your Cleaner apps.
- Go to your Cleaner app
- Turn on ‘Allow’ for ColorNote
